3yThank you for sharing your experience at Ekos. Over the past year, we have been navigating a rapidly changing business environment, which has required us to adapt and pivot our business strategy to meet the needs of our customers and remain the dominant platform in the marketplace. We are encouraged to hear that most of our employees have expressed agreement and support for the strategic shifts we have made.
Unfortunately, this change in business strategy has led to some necessary layoffs, primarily impacting our Sales & Marketing organizations. We want to assure you that we take the handling of layoffs very seriously, and we strive to do so with transparency, compassion, and support for our former colleagues as they transition to new opportunities.
In addition, we believe in continuous improvement and have made huge strides to increase accountability within our teams and provide clarity to employees regarding their roles and responsibilities. We have implemented a 360 peer feedback process and revised our OKR process to enable transparency and clarity at all times.
