      Pros

      Very international, colleagues from many countries. HQ in Berlin is quite nice, very well located near check point charlie. The solution is pretty good and the demand is high.

      Cons

      Turn-over of employee quite high, rules changes all the times, not much team-building, lack of communication between management and employees

      Michael is timely, articulate, professional, friendly, and challenging (in a good way)

      Time zone difference (this is not an inconvenience for me but might be for others not in continental Europe)

      Innovative and positive environment, support from Managers is decent. Pay is ok and incentives and commission structure is attractive in first 90 days

      3 months in I expect a little more structure and support, Technology in the work environment is quite horrendous,
