They pay less, no clear job description, no work and life balance , there is no Management in Europe, late salary payments, no appreciation, be ready to work on national holidays without getting extra paid off.
Cons
No HR, No Organisation. If you want to grow up in the company you need to be relative or childhood friend of the chairman.
