      Pros

      The people. I worked there for two years and had the honest pleasure of working with some of the best people I have ever worked with. People I will consider part of my family forever. Pay and bonus were at industry standard, although don't count too much on your full bonus

      Cons

      Sadly- almost everything else. Upper management are completely insane and have no idea how to run a company. Everyone with real knowledge has left. They don't understand oncology or neurology- from the science right up to how to predict revenue. The CEO of Oncology is a loud-mouthed, foul bully. BD is completely inept and have no experience or idea what they're doing. The company is a serious sinking ship

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, ethical company in all aspects

      Cons

      No portfolio and no hope for one in the near future. Too many people doing too little work, so micromanaging and minutiae rule the day. Nothing planned is ever executed because there is no budget to do so, and the cycle repeats of discuss, replan, reproject but no action.
