      Good benefits, ample parking. Reasonable salary and some interesting roles where you can gain good experience.

      Politics. Duplication of effort. Little leadership from senior managers. Politics.

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, ethical company in all aspects

      Cons

      No portfolio and no hope for one in the near future. Too many people doing too little work, so micromanaging and minutiae rule the day. Nothing planned is ever executed because there is no budget to do so, and the cycle repeats of discuss, replan, reproject but no action.
