People are friendly and it is interesting work

Do not reward hard working staff. You are not guaranteed a bonus at the end of the year no matter how hard you try. Very hard to move through bands. Moral of company is the worst its ever been. Hiring people on 12 month contracts only. No extention or permancy. When the time of other staff who train them up is wasted as they are gone by the 12 months. Hr make a habit of changing rules wothout communicating it to the company . E.g pensions . Alot of staff have left in the last year alone roughly 20%. But nothing is been done to keep the staff. (Experienced staff) but hey it will be covered by graduates and new 12 month contract staff!!!!!! Over worked and under appreciated and under paid.
