      Pros

      Small but growing company. Lot's of new business and exciting projects. Nice office in centrally located Lombard. Strong technical skill sets among peers and quick adaptation to new technologies. Lot's of opportunities for growth and varying work.

      Cons

      As with any small company there are some ups and downs. But the path to success is never a straight line. While the office location is central to the Chicago area it is not convenient for some but does draw people from all over.
