The team is very friendly and supportive, before pandemic we used to have lots of fun and random discussions post Lunch everyday. CTO is very knowledgeable and friendly guy, he will have lunch with the team and share his food, he is always ready to talk on any topic if you want to discuss. Cafeteria will always have some snacks(Full of Popcorns, Lays and Dairy products) which makes every one energetic all the time.

Lots of work, sometimes work might become hectic but that happens in a startup work culture and that's what makes us learn so many things. Micromanagement and during the work from home, team will have 2 scrum calls everyday.
