My immediate colleagues are good to work with and make the day-to-day environment more manageable. At the team level, there are capable and supportive people.
Cons
The company offers very limited employee benefits, with only minor perks such as fruit once a week and a massage once a month. Management often lacks clear direction, which creates confusion around priorities and the broader future of the business. In my experience, workplace progression does not always feel tied to performance or merit, and employees who focus more on pleasing management seem to be recognised more than those consistently doing strong work. Hard-working staff are often expected to take on more without meaningful reward. Career progression also feels unclear and lacks a transparent formal process. There are repeated redundancies within a short period, which creates a sense of instability across the company. The business also pushes employees to be in the office four days a week, which feels less about collaboration and more about wanting closer oversight of staff. More broadly, I have concerns about fairness, inclusivity, and the overall workplace culture.
