Eight Versa is a nice company anyone can wish to work at. - There is a work life balance including hybrid working -Working environment is very friendly and professional which is very rewarding mentally in comparison to many other companies -Pay of all employees are very reasonable and much higher than any other usual company in other industries or same one. It does reflect Qualifications, experience, skills and personal achievements. -There is a lot of support for personal and professional development from day 1 including training, workload, tasks and very importantly lots of encouragement and support by management team. -The employees' socials, wellfare and entertainment is very well organised on a weekly basis including free yoga, social events, birthdays, meeting, free gym, free private health insurance, performance bonuses, football, tennis and many more other benefits any employee gets from the company. Where nowadays not many companies do so for all of their employees. -The office is very nice, new building, well equipped with good facilities like big kitchen, private to company bathrooms, bike storage, open air roof terasse with view to beautiful scenery, very comfortable to work in, very clean, modern. -Very good communication on all levels of company teams and between each and every employee, as the helpful and friendly approach to each other is embedded in the culture of organisation. Cons
Some employees might not appreciate enough all the pros mentioned above until they bump their heads with opposites of other companies, most want to return and many wish they didn't burn the bridges where they were welcome and treated nicely as a human being which is so rare nowadays at work or even outside of work life.
