      Working on cutting edge technologies Gives you immense exposure Flexible Timings Gives you an opportunity to work with extremely talented leads Very friendly environment to work in

      Lacks a bit of organization in terms of planning sprints Early deadlines :p (P.S. - constantly working to be better at organizing though)

      I do not see any pros of working in this company

      Cons

      Nothing to appreciate about this company. No respect at all. Lots of politics in the company. Terrible leadership. Co-founder of this company is really good at insulting people as if we are his slave. Many people left the company because of company's pathetic culture and its co-founder. So please think 100 times before joining this crap company
