Leadership doesn't care as long as they can get as much out of you as possible E.g the CEO had an all-hands meeting stating he doesn't like how nice we are being with each other, and during the yearly redundancy, there were a lot of lies and shady behavior masked as "good faith". Be very careful with leadership and take what they say with a grain of salt.
