      Pros

      They gave me a nice broad variety of industries to work in, and entities of varying size as well within those industries. I thought their training and overall atmosphere was very good: a nice balance of corporate feel, but didn't just feel like a number. The people around me I felt like still cared about how I was doing and my well being, along with being available to help me when I needed it.

      Cons

      Truly I think the only downsides were that sometimes I felt like I didn't receive enough feedback on areas I could improve, or things I could have done better to apply that to the next audit. Additionally just that there weren't any audit positions open in this office (and I haven't seen any for future either) so I wasn't able to continue working there.

      Pros

      Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

      Cons

      In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
