      Pros

      I worked here for a year as a tax associate. Was very chill environment, leaders at the office are pretty laid back. Tax season hours are 55 billable, which is expected compared to the rest of the industry. Outside of tax season was 32 billable which is pretty good.

      Cons

      Tax Season can get hectic as to be expected.

      Pros

      Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

      Cons

      In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
