Pros

-Minimum of 55 hours during busy season for OC Location -Food and snacks during busy season just like every other firm -Managers are the humble and the success to this firm

Cons

-They do not value the current experienced employees and overwork them while new staff gets leeway -gives same raises to new staff even if experience staff does more billable work, and prioritize the new staff more than the veterans -high turnover rate -Toxic firm culture -Local staff do not get option to work fully remote and is on hybrid schedule -first year new staff is required to come in 4-5 days a week while most firms have more flexibility -No bonuses for associate level staff, and very small bonuses for seniors and managers

Pros

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

Cons

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
