Pros

The people are great to work with, work/life balance is pretty good.

Cons

The very upper management don’t get it, they don’t think their people should come first, they put business first, then clients, then their employees. They’ve even discussed how to grow the business but pay their employees LESS than they already do. Which is already below market rate. Several team members have left the firm over the last several years from the tech side and doubled their pay. I know each one has said roughly the same thing on their exit interviews but management doesn’t listen and nothing has changed.

Pros

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

Cons

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
