      The sales and finance staff are very helpful when starting out Get to drive almost any vehicle on the lot

      Cons

      Management plays heavy favorites Expectations are high and hard work may not pay off Snow removal, albiet expected, is difficult. I was not given a straight reason as to termination of employment.

      You can make a lot of money The sales staff is cool Something new every day

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard, you will get calls and texts every day and there’s almost no such thing as a day off. Mandatory meetings on days off. Used car manager is just bad. Managers play favorites big time. Will fire you if they don’t like you
