Pros

Experience here is great for your resume. Polished brand with strong presence globally, rapidly growing presence domestically in US. Hybrid schedule of 4 days in office, 1 at home.

Cons

There is clear evidence of favoritism. The performance metrics are very nebulous, and the training is laughable. You will be expected to read leadership's mind, and you can forget about performance/metric based raises. I've seen several people's workloads double/triple (essentially doing 2 or 3 people's jobs by themselves), while receiving the same pay, and being rudely denied even a measly 5% raise.
