Pros
Great benefits! This company is employee owned and has an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) which really adds to the annual bonuses you get.
Cons
The only cons I could come up with would be that it is a bit too quiet. It would have been more enjoyable if there would be more extroverted employees.
