      1. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. 2. The management team really seems to care about their employees. 3. No yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. 4. Overall a great place to work.

      It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
