      1. Being remote first company offers flexible work timing. 2. The company culture is great and the people are some of the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is incredibly smart, driven, and passionate about what they do. 3. The company offers competitive salaries, great healthcare, and generous vacation time 4. The leadership team truly cares about our professional development and they're always looking for ways to help us grow and learn new skills. There are plenty of opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement. 5. Company believes in transparency and candid conversations

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
