      Pros

      Generally pretty good with work life balance, great product, few toxic people higher up which means generally good culture.

      Cons

      High turnover in some areas like sales, challenges around sales enablement, signs of cheapness with comp --though this has been improving--and some things like 401K matching

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
