      Pros

      The backbone of the company is employees and the culture was incredible. The people of the Spokane office really welcome everyone that walks through the doors. The product also sells itself, it's a great product and can really help companies both large and small.

      Cons

      The pay was not up to industry standard and had to rely on finding a second source of income.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
