A truly remote first company which has tremendous opportunities for technical growth and innovation. It offers challenging work to engineers with flexible work timing. Major things which I feel distinguishes Egnyte from other organization are: 1. Technical Innovation. 2. Learning Opportunities. Each team member is great to interact with and is able to provide valuable insights for a problem. There is good co-operation among team members along with respect for each individual. The management is very transparent and supportive of its employees. They listen to every feedback and try to improve. They provide regular company wide update, gather feedback and do focus on remediation of issue, if any. Great perks and benefits.
