      - co workers - great product - cool downtown office in Raleigh

      Cons

      - poor training. Sales Enablement was a joke - Company processes are pathetic - impossible to hit quota. Seriously, you will not hit quota here. - told job was safe and was laid off a week later with others over a zoom call.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
