      Pros

      If you are the one who is constantly searching for new opportunities, Egnyte is definitely a company where you can find those. It's truly cooperation between two parts where both can benefit. Thank its structure you can easily discuss your ideas even with C-level and make an impact regardless of your position (junior, senior etc)

      it's unlikely to get premium or so-called 13th salary

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
