      Pros

      It’s exciting to be a part of a growing company that offers a great product. Customers are generally very happy and appreciate the value of the product. My team is absolutely amazing and everyone gets along well within the Cusotmer Success org.

      Cons

      Working with sales can be a challenge due to personalities, turnover, and ever growing sales numbers to meet. Sometimes we sacrifice cusotmer happiness to meet a sales goal which doesn’t feel right.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
