      Pros

      Open door policy is great with the exec team. CEO tries to get to know everyone and engages with all employees regularly. Lots of diversity at Egnyte and groups are constantly involved in community engagement. In the last year, the HR team is doing great things like increasing employee moral and promotes monthly events that boost employee engagement. Lots of opportunities for growth and management listens to feedback, suggestions, and welcomes all ideas for improvement. Great company for growth and favorable opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of changes. It is important to keep an open mind and be flexible. Growing company pains and resources available are not always the best. Employees are very crafty and make things work.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
