Pros
Egnyte is a company that values the right hard work and "play to win" attitude. I have never been in a company that works so hard to give all the support, tools, and guidance to each and every employee to insure success. It is very refreshing to have this level of care and attention from an employer. I think if anyone is looking for place that isnt just a job, this is a great place to consider. Egnyte is a place where you can grow your career. I found all management to be very reasonable and willing to help any time I asked. The culture is a developing one. I think that this is a place where if you come to contribute to culture, you will love it. If you are just looking to consume culture, go somewhere else. The opportunity for the product and space is HUGE! Its up to the execution to capitalize on this but I think Egnyte is heading on the right track and will do amazing in the coming years.
Cons
They will treat you like an adult. Meaning, you need to be accountable for your role. If you are looking for a place where you can hide under a rock and not produce or perform, this isnt your place. They reward hard work and give you all the help you need to succeed. For some, even that isnt enough.
