      The solution is incredibly strong and purpose built for our market. The market is perfectly ready to adopt and gain value from the solution. The team is getting ready to scale and take advantage of this incredible opportunity. Diverse population of employees who celebrate difference and collaborate quite naturally. We have a tight partnership with our customers and strive to continue adding value with every interaction.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
