Weak management. They have big teams in Poland guess to save a lot of money. Engineer-driven environment could mean 1) those key engineers are not willing to pass the basic knowledge to others for job security reason. 2)For the same reason they backstab you. 3)They can hire you quickly without too much technical questions to be asked during interview process but then you can be put t on cold bench by their key engineers soon after you come on board. Their remote large teams in Poland are pretty much disconnected with teams in the US and it is hard to work in that type of environment when managements are not correcting issues.
