Pros
Egnyte has that rare kind of culture companies try to emulate. Extremely bright, hard-working, colleagues who are passionate about what they do but are also humble and collaborative. It seems the company takes respect and friendliness into consideration in everything they do. The CEO is reflective of the culture - very smart, holds a high bar, but clearly cares a lot about the people who work for the company. The Egnyte product is superior and well positioned in the market. I feel confident Egnyte will have a great success story.
Cons
The interview process could be a bit more challenging. More avenues for communication across the company.
