1. Need to be workaholic 2. Salary would be below market competitive. 3. Fires experienced person with no notice period. 4. Hires freshers at low salary to keep low expenses. 5. Gender inequality. 6. Inexperienced and uneducated becomes Head of the team and department. And no opportunity to grow. I worked 2 years and freshers become team lead.
