- owner is an egomaniac that drinks on the job at their other location - owners steals tips, but explains it away as if they are doing you a favour, something to do with "tax time" and how it shows on your forms - owner gossips about other employees to the rest of the staff and refuses to communicate if you have an issue, despite being asked multiple times - they make it sound so great, but it's all a facade, DON'T WORK HERE
