- Management communicated the same very effectively to employees - Some very good and knowledgable people who are ready to share the knowledge - Office was based very near to their major call centre in Derbby, so you are right in the middle of action and have easy access to people - effective communication made people including non IT realise their role and were ready to take ownership

- senior management didnt have a vision for the company partly because it was being sold to Barclays - pays less according to London midland standards

Was good in the early days...

Company was set up to be sold by Prudential...belived its own hype that it could Revolutionise the industry.... disastourous business decision that it could make it in France..... used pop-psycholgy on employees to increase productivity (you will be happy here as we are jumping around like loons..unleasing the power of puppets) No pay rises, bullying management (i.e told once I was given redundancy that my payout was at risk unless I worked harder .... not confirmed on email of course) Belived its own hype
