The people are amazing. My co-workers were always helpful and kind.

Very Hostile work environment. Owners are verbally abusive even over the loudspeaker. There is NO work/life balance you're expected to make this company your life. The owners make employees jump through unreasonable hoops to fulfill orders. Promises to customers are never fulfilled on time. It is the policy to coddle the owner and shield her from negativity for fear of being fired. Long hours are expected, and compensated, but often times payroll checks will bounce! DO NOT LISTEN to management when they tell you this has only happend once! It is a regular occurance and they are millions in the red on their payroll. The insurance plan sucks and they DO NOT disclose that there is no retirement plan. The constant negativity and F-BOMBS have no place in a work environment. Plus, this company deals strictly in CASH. They have no credit with vendors potentially due to bad credit. They will always through cash at you to do more work.
