      Pros

      high marketing budgets top games to work with big team where everyone have specific task

      Cons

      basic salary is lower than market avg. you'll never get promoted (all positions are sealed starting manager levels) no future (the company was sold and shares were given to the few older employees)

      Friendly vibe, nice colleagues, flat management, As a big company it offers good opportunities to learn things and develop yourself.

      Cons

      The communication between different departments could be complicated and difficult sometimes. OT a lot and you need to work on Saturday sometimes. Hard to balance work and life.
