Pros

Some coworkers are good people.

Cons

Abysmal product for what they are selling clients. Constant issue in the environment, and I mean constant. Issues happen due to a decade obsolete platform, what they tell you to do = lie to clients. The other review is absolutely correct. The only positive reviews are coming from sales people that get paid boku bucks and don’t deal with any of the head ache, they are selling people a top tier product and in reality they get a knock off Chinese brand, that’s the best way to describe it. Management is a joke. Absolute joke. Favoritism. Don’t hear suggestions. Let go of people that are competent and keep people that are about as useful as a wet paper bag. The reality is that this company is going under and quickly. No one to blame but top tier executives and management. Atrocious health care and benefits. Everyone is overworked and under valued/appreciated. One of the worst experiences of my lifetime.

Pros

-Culture - senior leadership and managers care about employees. The owner, Ben Gayheart, still meets with every employee quarterly to collect feedback. -Efficiency - Effortless has a strong focus on efficiency and automation. -Professional Development - there are a significant amount of professional development opportunities. If you want to grow and learn, this is the place for you. -Data Driven - you know what is expected of you and what benchmarks to hit in order to succeed. Prior to Effortless, I worked in the government sector and my experience here is heads and shoulders above prior experiences. There is less red tape, I am never told to stay in my own lane, and I am granted opportunities for growth.

Cons

Heavy workload - yes, we work hard. Tech moves fast and we have to keep up with it.

Pros

Good, hard working people Remote work

Cons

You are expected to be tied to your desk all day and in the phone queue even at a level 2 tech position while simultaneously expected to work tickets and research issues. Every single stat/metric is tracked and nothing you do will be good enough Stats are held against you even when there is no work PTO policy is stringent at best They are extremely tight with allowing OT, this coupled with every metric tracked makes me wonder if the business is in a good place.
