The CEO is fantastic, very down to earth and approachable. Is involved in nearly every single final round interview so meets every new joiner in the process. This was very important to me when deciding where to join. Projects are vast and varied. Loads of travel and client interaction from day one. Lots of autonomy and responsibility, more than I have ever experienced in other consulting firms. Ideas and change are appreciated and encourged. Very social firm with lots of activities arranged (including one Friday afternoon each month!). Bonus and potential promotions twice a year. Incredibly international with a wonderful mix of languages and nationalities.
