Keep hiring the quality of staff you started out with and value people on their ability not how long they've been at the company
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Efficio (London, England (UK)) in November-2017.
1. Numerical test online. Trickier than most I have encoutered before.
2. First interview with an analyst and a manager. Involved CV questions, brain teasers and a tricky "guestimate" question. Important to prep thoroughly for these. Then had an excel test (1 hour).
3. Second interview with 2 directors and CEO. Asked CV questions, questions about technical ability and a general chat. Also had two brainteasers.
