I have been working at Efficient Forms for almost 2 years now and I love the casual dress code and the flexibility that the company has with your schedule and work/life balance. I am never worried if something comes up, such as hazardous road conditions or car issues, because my boss will work with me . I also absolutely love the independence. We can take lunch when we get the time or not if its a busy day. I love not being micromanaged heavily because that has been a deterrent at other companies. Traffic in Colorado can be crazy so its nice to know that there is flexibility with your arrival when traffic is bad.

Denver/ Littleton are very expensive places to live. I wish the company compensated better with their employees so that they could breath a little better. This job has been a struggle for me and others financially, but that is the only thing that has made me look elsewhere.
