Pros

They pay a respectable hourly wage. You are rewarded when you make sales and the management is understanding of life. I believe they have a great product in the radiant barrier and they do have all the knowledge necessary to go along with their name.

Cons

The communication between salesmen (walking Home Depot..etc) and the guys that actually do the work on the homes is virtually nonexistent. Most of the time the people around you are well aware of you and make a point to avoid you. The pressure is on to talk to people and set appointments though. Not for the kind of person who has anxiety and/or isn't comfortable interrupting, or in most cases, annoying customers in store to just buy some nails....

Pros

I am glad to have this opportunity to work for a company that provides a needed service for the community and customers have come back to me and said how much a difference the new attic system has made for their energy bills and the comfort level of their home.

Cons

I am still learning the phone system.

Pros

You meet some really nice customers from time to time.

Cons

Management lies about perks. Watch your paycheck because they short it every chance they get. The leads manager never makes sure the leads are legit and you are expected to drive on location even if information is bad. Management mentioned that his worst sales employee makes 60K, this is not the case because his best said that his best year was only 70K. Sales manager talks down to the sales team.
