Lot of hands on real life experience you will get,will become responsible...Some of those will help you latter in future..
Cons
No work-plan,Continuous goal change without achieving that..No aim . has become a family business.. 4 years almost gone .. No improvement . Only knows how to talk big and give false hope to keep the employees.. No work life also.. almost all sunday u need to come,but nothing they are able to do for long 4 years...
