      if u r helpless and do not have any other option, then only work here. Else the worst place to work.

      Cons

      Management Sucks, no one to look to your problems, HR is just a puppet being made to sit there, if you come late by 15min, then u ll be marked half day absent. Decisions are made on the fly without any discussion. A very cunning person heading the company now. So u can expect ur worst nightmare here. If u want to leave the company also, there will be big lot of problems your way,.

      Please understand that discipline is the most important thing in life to succeed. We expect a very good discipline and attitude towards work and culture at Effia, We do not encourage employees without the right attitude. There is no employee who works here for 12 hours a day unnecessarily. We expect the employees to enjoy time with their family as well, we work for 9 hours a day including lunch.

      Pros

      If you want to learn something new everyday and take the bull by its horns, Effia is the place for you. You will love the exciting challenges the management and the clients give you. You tend to learn a lot of new things and the best part is the management gives you full rights and powers to implement your ideas if it is found exciting.

      Cons

      time frame to deliver your ideas and projects is too short. If you cannot handle pressure, difficult to deliver things.
