      Basically completely remote setting. Work on your own time. Many people within the company are all married, have kids, or settled. Good work life balance compared to big 4

      Hard to network, no one goes into the office. Lack of leadership in nyc

      Pros

      Everyone is smart and really awesome to work with. People are supportive and you always have a resource to help with accounting. Ability to work remote offers lots of flexibility.

      Cons

      There aren't necessarily as many "activities" if you're used to that coming from a big 4.
