Don’t be fooled by the high Glassdoor ratings like I was. Ask yourself why a firm that’s been around for 9+? years has only grown to a fraction of the size (revenue and headcount) of other competitors. The executive team are all C players at best and it shows in virtually every aspect of the business. We’re seen in the market as providing very inconsistent service (that partially explains the slow growth), have made minimal investment in people, process, and technology, and there is little to no coherent strategy around our service capabilities, growth, or commitment to creating inclusion and belonging amongst our employees. Finally, management continues to promote people who have no business being in leadership positions and who are completely out of their depth even at a smaller firm like this. I can’t in good faith endorse working here. Do yourself a favor. Do better somewhere else.
