My experience with the company has been disappointing. The management culture is extremely target-driven, with little to no regard for employee well-being or feedback. Managers are not open to listening or constructive discussion, and there's no proper review or recognition system in place, which demotivates even the high performers. The HR department is largely unapproachable and does not provide support when needed. Transparency is completely lacking — from internal communications to decision-making processes. There's no sense of team spirit or engagement; the environment feels more mechanical than collaborative. Overall, the lack of leadership accountability, transparency, and employee-centric practices make this a challenging place to grow or feel valued.

Very money minded company with less salary. They will randomly fire top performers and will openly promote only those people who do lip service for the management.
