Pros
- People are open, warm and more and more diverse - If you take initiative there are many possibilities to grow and use your talents - Your voice counts - There are many secondary benefits and fun things happening - Freedom to do the work how you feel it's done best, with a few important guidelines that I feel are only benefitting
Cons
- Effectory fits mostly with proactive people who can create structure within/without themselves or have less need for it (does depend a bit on the team, i.e. developers have structured workflows combined with lots of freedom, P&C has less structured workflows so it's up to you) - Pay is competitive but not highest in the market. If money is your one true goal in life, go for a big corporate. Regardless, I think/feel Effectory is a seriously great company to work for.
