Pros
Management is super friendly and nice. They are open to new ideas and letting your be creative. The team is fun and super helpful when you're new and need help with tasks. They have fun with holidays and treat you like you matter versus a lot of other larger companies that barely know your first name. Teamwork seems to be the priority along with their clients and keeping communication flowing between the two. I didn't work here long due to personal reasons but this is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I love that they take time to address concerns and do everything they can to make your daily work run smoothly. They offer medical and dental as well as Aflac. Plus a bonus if you take a whole week of vacation at once which they give quite a bit of PTO the longer you stay with the company. The bonus was pretty cool and not something you see many companies do. Aside from vacation time you are also given a good amount of sick time and they are super understanding when you need to take time off for family or personal reasons. Overall just a really caring and fun working environment.

I don't have any cons other than it is a fast paced working environment so if you don't like busy work it might not be for you.
