I have given interview for "Buisness Development" and also got selected just bcz the interviwer was HR and one girl from support took my interview. After that they told me to submit my original documents then after that we will provide you a offer letter and till the joining date they won't provide me offer letter. At the first day of joining they told me to go to the market and bring some leads for us . Means really guys. Without giving an training and knowledge and offer letter too you are expecting from a candidate to go out and bring Buisness for your worst product. Salary :- about the salary 1st month - if your salary is 25k then your target is 25k and if you fail to achieve it you won't get your salary. 2nd month :- In this month your target is double that is 50k per month if you achieve the target 50% then you will get half of your salary. 3. Also they are not able to afford a AC in office This will continue till 4 months and believe me they are having a ticket size around 5k -7k . Worst experience ever if you want to west your time and effort then go ahead

Cheap company , they not pay on time, no management,

There are lot of company to work, if you have skill. never join these type of cheap company.
